Abstracts submission guidelines

Submission Method

Abstracts must be submitted sending it as attached file to vispec2026@unipv.it. Participants may submit a maximum of two extended abstracts. Submissions should be in pdf format.

Authorship & Consent

The presenting author must ensure that all co-authors are informed of and consent to the abstract content. Avoid any potential conflict of interest.

Originality

The research presented in the abstract must be original. It must not have been previously published or presented.

Language

All abstracts must be submitted in English, the official language of the VISPEC2026 conference.

Presentation Format

Indicate your preference for oral or poster presentation. The Scientific Committee will make the final decision regarding the presentation format.

A one-page pdf document with the following

• Title
• Author(s) information (underline the presenter)
• Main topic selected
• Max 5 Keywords
• Abstract of the submission

Note: Only original material should be submitted. Commercial papers, papers with no new research/development content, and papers with proprietary restrictions will not be accepted for presentation.
